Seasonal Adaptability of OEKO-Dyed Lyocell Fabrics

For spring and summer, we produce lightweight Lyocell fabrics (60-100g/m²) with a loose weave structure, which has excellent breathability (air permeability ≥4000mm/s) and moisture wicking, keeping the body cool and dry.

For autumn and winter, we develop medium-heavy Lyocell fabrics (150-250g/m²) or Lyocell-blend fabrics (Lyocell/cashmere 70/30, Lyocell/wool 60/40), which have good warmth retention (thermal conductivity ≤0.035W/(m·K)) while maintaining softness.

The dyeing process also adjusts according to the season: spring and summer fabrics use light-color low-temperature dyeing (70-80℃) to highlight freshness; autumn and winter fabrics use dark-color high-depth dyeing (100-110℃) to enhance warmth perception. This four-season versatile feature allows brands to reduce fabric procurement types and simplify inventory management.
