OEKO-Dyed Bamboo Fiber Fabric

Our OEKO-certified bamboo fiber fabrics are tailor-made for the infant clothing market: in addition to passing OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I certification (the highest level for infant products), we also implement a "zero-addition" dyeing standard—no optical brighteners, formaldehyde-releasing agents, or heavy metal salts are used throughout the dyeing process. The fabric's softness is further optimized, with a handle value of ≤3.5N (measured by a fabric handle tester), which is softer than ordinary bamboo fiber fabrics. Moreover, the bamboo fiber's natural moisture-wicking property is retained, keeping babies' skin dry and comfortable even when sweating.

We have cooperated with many well-known baby clothing brands at home and abroad, and the products have passed the skin irritation test for infants aged 0-36 months, with a zero-allergy rate. The fabric is also resistant to repeated washing at 60℃ (the common temperature for baby clothing disinfection) without fading or hardening.
