OEKO-Certified Modal Fabric: Fluorescent-Free Dyeing Solution for Underwear Brands
2025-12-27
The latest EU regulations have put strict restrictions on the use of fluorescent brighteners in underwear fabrics. Our OEKO-certified modal fabrics fully comply with the new regulations through a non-fluorescent dyeing process. During the dyeing process, we use natural tea saponin as a leveling agent instead of traditional fluorescent brighteners, so that the whiteness of the fabric reaches 85% (ISO standard) and presents a natural and soft milky white color, avoiding the "false white" feeling of fluorescent fabrics. At the same time, the non-fluorescent dyeing process also improves the skin-friendliness of the modal fabric. Through skin irritation tests, the zero-sensitivity rate reaches 100%. Currently, our non-fluorescent OEKO-certified modal fabrics have passed the German dermatest® skin test certification and have become the designated fabric supplier for many European underwear brands, with a minimum order quantity of only 500 meters per color.
We support both spot supply and customized production, and offer free sample making to help you confirm the fabric effect quickly. As a professional source factory and reliable vendor/distributor, we strictly meet EU standards and hold OCS/GRS/FSC/SGS/Oeko-tex100 certifications.
